The partnership between Logate and Algotech will bring end-to-end digitalization to enterprises in South East Europe looking to personalize and automate contact center operations.

Logate’s contact center solution Connect will now service clients in Serbia, Bulgaria and Romania thanks to Algotech and their strong presence in these markets.  

Connect is an omnichannel contact center platform used for inbound and outbound communication via Voice, Video Calls, SMS, Email, and digital channels (Instagram, Whatsapp, Viber, Facebook Messenger). The platform plays an important role in end-to-end digitalization in industries such as Banking, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Betting and Retail.
