At CEE23 SME Banking Conference held in Krakow on November 29 and 30, Logate was awarded the Best CRM Solution in the CEE region for CX360. The solution was chosen thanks to the votes of the audience – bankers from the CEE region. 

The achievement comes as a confirmation that Logate is on the right path, employing the principle of acting as a partner not just a vendor and providing continuous updates to the solution and consulting to our clients. The trust shown by clients reflected in how they voted and it is once again showing that Logate is a reliable partner for digital transformation projects. 

Our aim is to position CX360 as a comprehensive specialized banking CRM solution for all customer-facing interactions between the bank and retail/corporate clients.
